He thus further process your query or commands on my web based server and give you Intellectual Answers and a voice control on your mobile.

Remember Those who are complaining about JARVIS voice:

i)Go to your settings then language and input.

ii)And select a proper text to speech output engine.

iii) Download Google TTS engine and select male UK voice for Jarvis type ascent.
