What is LetsDoc?

LetsDoc is India’s first and fastest growing healthcare service delivery and management platform for chronic patients suffering from Diabetes, High Cholesterol and common deficiencies.

For a chronic patient there are so many inconveniences at every level of care continuum that it leads to poor adherence. Due to poor adherence there are sub optimal outcomes, which leads to a continuous increase in cost for the patient over time.

LetsDoc aims to solve the problems faced by the patients and help manage condition and in turn manage cost burden for the patient.

How does it work?

Regular and authentic diagnostic tests are a key to manage the condition for a chronic patient specially for someone suffering from Diabetes.

Currently the market is fragmented without any quality and price standards. Moreover, users have to go to a lab multiple times for a regular health test, when samples for the most frequently done tests can be taken from home.

So, this becomes the entry point for a chronic patient on LetsDoc. It also provides authentic medical details about that user to LetsDoc.

To become a member on LetsDoc, the user first needs to take a diagnostic test that covers some vital parameters (like sugar for Diabetes). With our alliance partners we service over 500 cities/towns in India.

Once the test is done, the report is automatically uploaded on LetsDoc platform.

Our system then auto analyses the reports and buckets that users into 4 major categories:

- Diabetic or Pre Diabetic

- High Cholesterol

- Common Deficiencies

- Others

Once the users are bucketed into these segments. We focus on the first 3 segments. We have built solutions to help the users manage/control/improve their condition. For the 4th category the users may continue to use our platform for cost benefits and convenience.

We provide the segmented user with an integrated solution to help them. The solution has 4 major components:

Content :

With the help of qualified researchers and practicing professionals, we have created a content matrix. This matrix does not offer generic information that is available anywhere on the internet. This matrix harnesses the available user information and converts that into daily actionable activities for the user. This content is sent to each user basis their condition, severity of condition, age group and BMI. Research has shown that such actionable content has 70% higher chances of user following the suggestion and hence improve.

Online consultation :

The user can get medical, nutritional and psychological inputs from our panel of experts and doctors online. This interaction can be done through text, voice or video. The user’s reports and vital parameters are automatically shared with the referred expert so as to enhance the quality of interaction. Thus users specially the ones suffering from Diabetes do not have to visit a doctor just to show their regular health test reports.

Pharmacy fulfillment:

Compliance plays a very important role in managing/improving a chronic condition. We help the user get cost benefit and convenience by delivering the medicine at home. We also alert the user in advance if a refill is required and then offer option to refill. With our alliance partners we currently service 250 cities/towns in India.

Test and track:

Periodic diagnostic tests at home allows the users to keep a track of the vital parameters and also allows our system to calibrate and improve.
