The formation of my country's language communication system

Starting in November 1999, my country's language communication system came to the audience in San Jose with a few hours a day on the 1430am wave. Shortly after that, three independent radio stations in San Jose, San Diego, and Sacramento combined and officially formed my country's communication system (ie my country's radio) in May 2000.
