So you have access to mobile orders everywhere and can thus avoid paper-work and double-counting in the field.

pds Service helps you with the perfect order processing at the customer - and the paperless, time-saving and professional: Let you navigate directly to the customer via the integrated Google Maps feature. The customer's entrance is a bit hidden around the corner? No problem - you can save such remarks directly. As soon as the work begins, the timekeeping automatically determines the working time on site, which can be transferred as a position in the bill.

Benefit from the intuitive operation and the availability of all relevant data. Create checklists for the job and simply unhook them after finishing work. Also required materials can be easily inserted as positions in the order.

Another highlight: A camera tool allows you to photograph and document the construction site. Annotations and markings can be made directly on the photos. Then tie the pictures into the order and thus ensure complete transparency.

When capturing longer texts (for example, performed work), you can use the voice input of the pds Service App. You speak the texts into your smartphone and the pds Service app automatically converts a written text from the spoken word. This saves valuable working time, especially for longer texts.
