Learning to run is already possible in seven weeks. And it doesn't matter whether you are already fit or not. Whether you are (something) too heavy or great on weight. What matters is that you not only start and get the right guidance. Yakult Start to Run is the way to learn to run without taking that difficult step alone. This app supports you in this.
